چکیده
Introduction Autoimmune diseases have been linked to COVID-19 vaccines. An increasing number of cases reported de novo immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) following mRNA This study aims investigate the incidence ITP vaccine in comparison other non-mRNA vaccines and COVID-19. Methods Data were collected from TriNetX global health research network, which covers over 117 million patients. Four different patient cohorts included: those who received (between 12/15/2020 - 5/1/2023), influenza 01/01/2010 01/01/2020), tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis/tetanus diphtheria (Tdap/Td) had 01/01/2020 05/01/2023). A comparative analysis was conducted examine occurrence within three weeks after receiving vaccine, vaccines, or upon diagnosis Additionally, a performed 1:1 propensity score matching balance baseline characteristics (age, sex, race). Results The overall event rate 0.07 per 10,000 for 0.25 0.28 Tdap/Td 0.30 10,000. Those higher rates compared group, with relative risk 3.48 3.88, respectively. significantly that 4.27. Post-propensity produced similar outcomes. Conclusions findings this suggest is lower mRNA-based

Coagulopathies after vaccination against SARS-CoV-2: The sole solution might lead to another problem
The common reported adverse impacts of COVID-19 vaccination include the injection site’s local reaction followed by various non-specific flu-like symptoms. Nevertheless, uncommon cases of vaccine-induced immune thrombotic thrombocytopenia (VITT) and cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST) following viral vector vaccines (ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 vaccine, Ad26.COV2 vaccine) have been reported. This liter...

Background and aims: Work environments are constantly changing under the influence of various factors and newer risks are introduced. Rapid changes in science and technology, increasing the complexity of the industry, increased system integration and other factors have been shown to increase total risk in the past few decades. As well, risk management becomes increasingly critical in decreasing...
